Product
Riga Color - high quality birch plywood, which is painted on
one or on both the sides for interior or exterior applications. Riga
Paint is used as basic plywood.
Application
-
PC-INT - walls, ceilings,
stands, furniture for light end use utilization, packaging for
interior use;
-
PC-EXT* - walls, ceilings,
stands, furniture, containers for exterior use.
* for exterior application one side usually is film-faced.
Advantage
Environmentally friendly, durable, easy to use, decorative.
Gluing classes
Plywood is glued with waterproof phenol formaldehyde resin adhesive.
Bonding is resistant to weather and boiling water. It meets requirements
of the following standards:
EN 314 / 3
rd class;
BS 1203 / H4 (previously WBP);
DIN 68705 Part 3 / type BFU 100.
It is also possible to
glue plywood with urea-formaldehyde adhesive resin (meets the requirements
of BS 1203 / H1) and moisture resistant urea-formaldehyde
adhesive resin which is modified with melamine (meets the requirements of
BS 1203 / H2).
Formaldehyde emission
In accordance with the standard EN 13986 formaldehyde
emission meets the Class E1 requirements. Test method EN 717
Part 2.
Overlaying materials
Primer - low viscosity UV light hardening primer for interior
or exterior use.
Paint - acid-hardening interior paint (C-INT) , acid-hardening
exterior paint (C-EXT).
Overlaying methods
Priming - by roller coating method, 2 overlays 15-20 g/m2.
Painting - by curtain coating method 110-130 g/m2 paint.
Sanding - before priming and painting.
Colour
White. Other colours in accordance with the colour catalogue RAL,
NCS, Monicolor-Nova or an approved sample.
Overlaying fixity
DIN 68861 - 1B - 7B - 8A;
MOBELFACTA.
Edges sealing
On customers' request (with spray).

Cut to size panels and machining available in accordance with the
customers' requirements.

6.5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 mm.
Tolerance
Size and right angle tolerance meets the standard EN 315
requirements.
